Dear Sir,
I Had unfortunately trusted the name of RENAULT and purchased a LOGAN 2.5 years back.
In last 1 month this car had kept me stranded on the road for 3 times.
It had to be toed to the workshop for 3 times in one month and still the problem is not solved.
This is no better than a bullock cart.
The concerned agencies are not cooperating and not giving proper services they are interested only in charging money from me.
The works manager at the agency says that LOGAN is not CNG friendly and so can not help nor do he have the parts for the petrol version.
I am so much fed up that I feel sorry for trusting the name of RENAULT.
I want to give this vehical back if you can not give the services and really make it run like a car.

Please note that i will take the matter to the media and see that your launch of other models gets affected, if my problem dosent gets resolved in 7 days.

Good car, I Like it . A few days back I had test drive the logan Play at Jablpur courtsey Star automoblie. Mahindra make a good and affordale car but it does not pick up th market due to non responsive dealers of M& M. I have planning to buy Mahindra Varito, but with regrett, I have mentione here that Mahindra and Mahindra lost a prospective buyer of its very good car today because of unprofessional, greedy and most uncustomer friendly behavior of emoloyees of STAR Automobile Jabalpur. I forsee that the Varito may has same destiny as Logan if behavior and after sales sarvice porivided by dealers will not improved. Mr. Mahindra inerven in this important aspect .
